1. What kind of organizations do you work with?

2. Are you a registered government contractor?
   Yes—we are a veteran-owned business registered in SAM.gov with an active CAGE and UEI.

3. Do you only serve defense clients?
   No. While our roots are in defense, we support all sectors of American business with security-focused, mission-ready solutions.

4. What do you focus on—and what don’t you do?
   We specialize in infrastructure, security, and cloud operations—not custom app development. Our core focus areas include:

   • Cloud Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Secure, modular deployments using open-source and cloud-native tooling.

   • Cloud Spend Optimization: Aligning performance and cost by rightsizing resources, enforcing tagging policies, and eliminating waste across cloud accounts.

   • Secure Networking & Architecture: Designing segmented, encrypted, and zero-trust networks across cloud and hybrid environments.

   • Cybersecurity Engineering: Building compliant, hardened environments aligned with NIST, CMMC, and DoD standards.

   We do not focus on:

   • Custom software development (e.g., full-stack apps, front-end/back-end interfaces)

   • Application-layer database or schema design

   • SaaS product engineering or mobile app development

   We support the infrastructure behind software—not the software itself.

5. Do you support multi-cloud environments?
   Absolutely. We thrive in multi-cloud environments and are experienced in designing architectures that span AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid infrastructure. We focus on interoperability, portability, and operational clarity—so you’re not locked into a single provider’s ecosystem.

6. Are you vendor-affiliated?
   No. We are vendor-agnostic and solution-first. Our only loyalty is to the mission, and we believe in a "right tool for the right job" approach—always selecting technologies based on capability and value, not brand.

7. What cloud platforms do you support?
   We primarily work with AWS, Azure, and GCP but we support hybrid and custom environments as needed.

8. Can you support existing cloud environments, or only new deployments?
   Both. We support modernization, migration, and optimization of legacy systems, as well as greenfield deployments.

9. Who owns the cloud account and billing?
   Our customers retain full ownership and control of their cloud environments. We deploy and operate infrastructure within customer-managed accounts, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
   We do not resell or mark up cloud services. All usage is billed directly to the customer by the cloud provider, giving you full visibility into costs and the freedom to manage spend on your terms.

10. Do you offer compliance-focused services?
    Yes. Our team is experienced in aligning technical implementations with CMMC, NIST 800-53, DoD IL, and FedRAMP requirements.

11. Do you provide documentation with your work?
    Always. Documentation is part of the deliverable—not an afterthought.

12. What is your typical engagement model?
    We offer fixed-scope, time & materials, and fractional engineering support depending on mission needs.

13. Do you offer one-time consulting or long-term support?
    Both. We’re available for short-term problem-solving or long-term partnerships.

14. Why aren’t you on LinkedIn or social media?
    We don’t use social media platforms, by choice. While we recognize their marketing value, we prioritize privacy, focus, and direct communication over algorithms, ad feeds, and vanity metrics.    SkyBend is a curated set of modular infrastructure templates and configurations designed to accelerate secure, compliant cloud deployments. Think of them as portable, production-ready building blocks—repeatable, auditable, and mission-focused.

2. What technologies does SkyBend use?
   SkyBend leverages a combination of open standards and native cloud capabilities, depending on the environment. Each module is designed for integration into modern automation pipelines and DevSecOps workflows.

3. Is SkyBend customizable?
   Yes. All modules are modular and parameterized. We deliver secure, adaptable baselines that can be tailored to your specific mission, environment, or compliance posture.

4. Does SkyBend align with compliance standards?
   Absolutely. Many modules are pre-hardened to support alignment with CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53, and DoD Impact Level requirements. We include documentation to support ATO packages and internal security reviews.

5. Can I use SkyBend without a full engagement?

1. What is/are Dryft Docs?
   Dryft Docs is our internal knowledgebase—curated from real-world deployments—to help technical teams solve hard problems faster. It includes SOPs, architecture guides, field-tested playbooks, and annotated walkthroughs.

2. Who is/are Dryft Docs for?
   Engineers, sysadmins, architects, and mission operators who need fast, actionable answers—not generic vendor docs.

3. Is/Are Dryft Docs available to the public?
   Some content is freely available, especially for community-supported tools and open-source deployments. More sensitive or advanced material may require a client relationship.

4. Can I contribute to or request additions to Dryft Docs?
   Yes. If you're a customer or partner, we welcome feedback and contributions. Dryft Docs is continuously updated based on real deployments and evolving best practices.

5. Do you offer private or organization-specific versions of Dryft Docs?
   Yes. For larger engagements, we offer customized, private versions tailored to your environment—including SOPs, tagged assets, and integrated workflows.
